What is Couples Therapy?
Couples Therapy is a therapeutic process that helps partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds and intimacy. Through an integrated approach that considers both deep emotional factors and behaviors and interaction patterns, therapy allows couples to understand and modify dysfunctional dynamics, developing a healthier and more balanced relationship. In addition, it promotes empathy and emotional connection, offering practical tools to face challenges and restore harmony in the relationship.
How much does a Couples Therapy session cost?
The first Couples Therapy session has an initial investment value of €70 and lasts 1h30. Subsequent sessions cost €60 per session and last 1h.
How do Couples Therapy sessions work?
First session : The process begins with a 1.5-hour therapeutic interview, where the couple's reasons for seeking help and their personal stories are explored. This is a crucial moment for understanding the dynamics of the relationship and defining therapeutic goals.
Second and third sessions : After the first session, each partner participates in a one-on-one session. These sessions allow for the exploration of personal issues that may be influencing the relationship, helping to identify individual patterns, repressed emotions, and other factors that contribute to the couple's challenges.
Fourth session : The couple meets again for a joint session, where they have the opportunity to reflect on the issues identified and explore the dynamics of the relationship with a new perspective, integrating the insights gained and promoting more open and healthy communication. Together, they can discover new ways of interacting, better understand their needs and strengthen the emotional bond that unites them.
Regular sessions: After the fourth session, couples meet fortnightly, allowing for continuous monitoring of progress. Whenever necessary, new individual sessions can be scheduled to work on personal issues that may arise throughout the process.
What are the benefits of Couples Therapy?
Couples therapy offers many benefits, allowing partners to relearn how to face challenges in a healthier and more constructive way. This often results in the restoration and strengthening of emotional bonds and sexual intimacy. As a therapist, I act as a mediator, creating a safe space of understanding and mutual respect, where both partners can express their concerns and feelings. In addition, therapy promotes effective communication, helps resolve conflicts and provides tools for personal development, contributing to a more harmonious and satisfying relationship.

How does the Single Hypnotherapy Session - Quit Smoking work?
In a single smoking cessation session, the process begins with a therapeutic interview, where the person’s history of smoking and the limiting beliefs that make it difficult to quit are explored. This helps to understand specific motivations and blocks.
In the second part, through hypnosis, the therapist uses hypnosis to access the subconscious, reprogramming negative patterns and creating positive and healthy associations. Hypnosis facilitates this profound change, allowing, in a single session, it is possible to break with the addiction.
